The flattering, slenderizing skirt comes in three sizes and has an adjustable draw string waist.  The flaps all around the bottom move with you as you walk or dance, creating a lovely, free, flowing look.  It is such a unique and simple piece of clothing, easy to pair with blouses and fun to wear.
